I create gardens that are functional and beautiful spaces for clients to enjoy, as well as providing habitats for wildlife to thrive.

I have been a designer for over 20 years, working first as an interior designer and then moving into garden design. While working as an interior designer, I completed a Masters in Sustainable Architecture and was the regional leader of sustainability for the architectural firm. However, I made the switch to garden design because of my love of plants, outdoor space and because I wanted to make a more direct and positive environmental impact. So I completed a Diploma in Garden Design and set up my company. Having worked in both fields, I am able to use the skills learnt in the last 20 years to bring the indoors outdoors and vice versa.

I work on gardens in my local area of south-west London or sometimes further afield and enjoy the challenges of different locations.

More recently, I have written a book on Dutch garden designer Mien Ruys, which was published by Lund Humphries in autumn 2023.
